5. Fees and Payment

Employer Fees: Certain services (e.g., job postings, featured listings) may require payment. We will display applicable fees before you confirm any purchase. Refunds: Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or as described in our Refund Policy. Payments are processed through third-party providers, and by using our services, you agree to abide by their terms.

6. User-Generated Content

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your submitted content (e.g., job listings, profiles). Content Responsibility: You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content you submit to the Site.
